Here are some home remedies for back pain:
- Apply a hot or cold compress using a ice pack or bottle. - A hot bath helps. If possible, you should sit in a warm tub for 20-30 minutes. - Exercise in order to maintain the back muscles. Simple stretching is also useful. - Relax and get enough rest to avoid both mental stress and physical stress on your back. - If possible, get a massage. A family member can do it well as long as they do not use excessive force. Preferably this should be done using a massage oil or rub. - Vitamin C and calcium supplements will help. - Cut slices of raw potato(cold) and place them on the soar areas.
